Why I built
Gray Labs.
To everyone who has found their way here —
I didn’t set out to build a supplement company. I set out to solve a problem I kept running into: the people I care about most — my parents, people in their 50s and 60s who are sharp, active, and refusing to slow down — were being failed by a market that either didn’t see them or didn’t take them seriously.
The longevity science was there. Peter Attia had written the book. Huberman was explaining the mechanisms. The research on NAD+, on testosterone decline, on bone density, on mitochondrial function — it existed, it was compelling, and it was being ignored by brands chasing younger buyers with flashier packaging and celebrity endorsements.
What was missing was a system. Not a single molecule sold in a white bottle. Not 92 ingredients blended into a daily scoop. A precision system — built around how male and female physiology actually diverges after 40, formulated at the doses the research uses, and honest about what it can and cannot do.
So I built it. Core NAD+ as the cellular foundation. Male+ and Female+ as the stacks built on top. Three products. Every ingredient cited. Every dose explained. No shortcuts, no overclaiming, no miracle language.
This is the system I want my parents to be on. And one day — when I get there — it’s the system I’ll be on myself. That’s the honest reason Gray Labs exists.

Gender-Specific by Necessity
Men and women age differently. Testosterone declines differently. Bone density changes differently. Hormonal transitions are fundamentally different experiences. No major NAD+ brand acknowledges this. Gray Labs was built around it from day one.
